My CV

ABOUT WARMBREAD

I set up Warmbread in May 2014 to realise my dreams and passion for design. Warmbread helps businesses succeed by providing unique branding solutions. I feel it is important to get to know a business personally, through listening to their story. This enables me to create a beautifully crafted and unique brand, which both reflects their personal style and serves as an effective marketing tool for years to come.

COMPANIES WORKED FOR

  • AMP, Mirfield, small advertising agency
  • Chapman Associates, Barking Essex, advertising agency
  • British Wool Marketing Board, Bradford
  • CLD – Catherine Livsey Design, own business
  • Calderdale Council, initially as a designer for the museum services. My roles was to design exhibitions, panels and all promotion material to advertise the exhibitions and the museum service. The design team then became part of the central marketing team for the whole of the council where I got involved in producing large campaigns, including waste recycling and Calderdale Markets.
  • Warmbread Creative Design and Branding, own business.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

I have a good knowledge of advertising and marketing techniques, which I have used to promote and advertise my businesses. I also advised my clients where appropriate on marketing and developing their business. I am able to suggest marketing tools which will help the marketing of their business, for example, brochures, mail shot ideas, promotional items such as pens or special offer/voucher schemes.

I am self-motivated and disciplined. I pride myself on meeting tight deadlines, juggling the pressures of multiple projects and many masters and managing varying levels of budget! I am always prepared, where possible, to take on work, and extra hours to meet a client’s deadlines.

ADDITIONAL FACTORS

I always seek to deliver the highest standards of work and customer service, keeping clients informed on all aspects and the progress of their jobs at all times. I also provide them with ideas to make the most effective use of their resources and budgets.

My knowledge of the design, marketing and technology industry is kept up-to-date through reading industry magazines and attending training programmes. For the last 2 years I have visited the MacExpo exhibition in London to find out what Apple is planning for the future and what new or updated software is on the market. I am always interested in learning new techniques and developing new skills and I do regular online training courses to keep my skills up to date.
